My London Marathon and Plymouth half marathon 2026 for Asthma+Lung UK
As someone who has suffered with asthma and health conditions my whole life, I want to do something to give a little something back. Research and medications are not cheap, and I know from experience how much it can help to change someone's life having access to these!
Theres no way I would've been able to even consider running 5k a few years ago, let alone a marathon. I have always suffered with severe asthma, frequent chest infections and pneumonia that made day to day tasks a real struggle. But thanks to several medication changes for my asthma, including monthly biologic injections, I am now able to live a normal, active life and I have never felt more grateful.
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2026 and the Plymouth Half marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
