Last April, I lost my wonderful grandma, Ann Grundy.
She faced many health challenges over the years, including asthma and COPD. Despite these daily battles, she lived with incredible strength, resilience, and a heart full of love.
Running the London Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK feels like a deeply personal way to honour her memory. This isn’t just a physical challenge for me but it's a tribute to her life, a chance to raise awareness of the daily struggles faced by those with lung conditions, and a way to help make a difference for others like her.
