Ready to go again, fingers crossed for no hand injuries this time. Training block starts tomorrow and the aim this time (beyond reaching the start line) is for a sub 4hr run on 26th April.
4.18hr marathon in Frankfurt in October and a 5km PB yesterday has set me up nicely. Bring it on!
