London Marathon 2026

I’m running the London Marathon 2026 to fight for lung health!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

My Updates

My first marathon 💛

Saturday 6th Sep

Asthma has been a constant part of my life. It’s affected my day-to-day, my travelling experiences (i’ve ended up in hospital with chest infections more than once), and i’ve been under the care of a specialist for the last two years. Most recently, I had an asthma attack whilst abroad, which was a very scary and debilitating experience that reminded me just how serious this condition can be.

Safe to say i’m not at the stage where it’s controlled, but I don’t let it stop me living me life. Taking up running has been a way of pushing back. I used to think i’d never be able to run, and i’m still not 100% sure I can, having never run more than a 4k! So a full marathon is going to be TOUGH, but with such a familial link to this cause (thanks mum and grandad), I’ll be running for something that is so dear to me.

Asthma affects millions of people in the UK, and sadly, people still lose their lives to it every single day. Asthma and Lung UK is an incredible charity that funds research, provides support, and helps people breathe a little easier.

If you can spare anything to support my fundraising, I would really appreciate it. It’ll definitely keep me going through the tough training ahead!

Thank you 💛
