Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £24 can support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research to ensure we attract and keep the best scientific minds to focus on lung disease.

Wednesday 6th Aug I have been granted the massive privilege of running in the 2026 London Marathon in support of Asthma + Lung UK!This is an incredibly worthwhile cause. Asthma affects nearly 8% of the UK, asthma-related deaths are on the increase, and yet respiratory research is under-funded, leaving those who live with asthma without specialist diagnoses and equipment. Your donations and support allow Asthma + Lung UK to fund much-needed research, petition government and provide support to people living with lung conditions.
