I’m running the London Marathon 2026
In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon once again in memory of my twin sister and best friend, Rhi.
Rhi died suddenly in 2016 from an asthma attack — something so many people live with, and yet for her, it was devastatingly final. It’s hard to believe that it will have been 10 years next year. I miss her every single day. There are no words big enough for the hole she left, or how much she shaped who I am.
In 2021, I ran the London Marathon to mark five years without her — it was one of the hardest and most meaningful things I’ve ever done. Running again in 2026 feels like the right way to honour her, and to keep raising awareness of how serious asthma can be.

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

London Marathon Training & Fundraising Update
Friday 19th SepTraining for the London Marathon is in full swing and I’m loving it more than ever! I’ve built up to five runs a week, averaging around 30 miles—a mileage that felt impossible not so long ago. The consistency is paying off: I’ve recently run personal bests in both the 5k and 10k distances, which has been a huge confidence boost.
Upcoming Races
To keep the momentum going, I’ve signed up for a 10-mile race and the Cardiff Half Marathon in the next few weeks. I’m excited to see if this streak continues and to test myself over longer distances before the big day in London.
