I’m running Cardiff Half Marathon in the fight for breath!
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. Because of this, I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK.
Growing up, I have witnessed a family member’s struggles against COPD get progressively more challenging, as well as having my own issues throughout childhood with asthma. These 2 factors have been constant frustrations growing up and are my reasons for running for Asthma and Lung UK.
Donations to this charity can help people who are born with lung conditions, but also those who develop them later in life who can quickly see their lives changed and the freedom to live how they want taken away from them.
