For My Dad, Terence Fox
I'm running the London Marathon in memory of my dad, who lived with asthma his entire life.
This cause is deeply personal to me—my dad faced these conditions with strength and resilience, and I’m proud to run in his honour. I’m supporting Asthma + Lung UK, a charity that works tirelessly to improve the lives of those affected by lung conditions. Every step I take is for him, and for everyone still fighting.
Thank you for your support—it means the world.
I’ll be hosting a number of events and fundraisers along the way, so if you’d rather donate during those moments, it would mean the world to me

Why the LDN Marathon?
Tuesday 19th AugEight years ago, I ran my first competitive race in over 25 years. To say it was hard is an understatement—I didn’t recover well and swore I’d never do it again.
But life changes you. Becoming a mum and losing my dad made me realise how important it is to stay fit and healthy—not just for myself, but for my family. A marathon might seem extreme, but this time, I want to do it better. I want to prove to myself that I can do it stronger, healthier, and with purpose.
In the lead-up, I’m taking on a series of runs and trails to prepare—physically and mentally. Exercise has become a powerful healer for me. It helps me find perspective, strength, and peace.
I’m doing this for me and my family. and also in memory of my day, I can raise money for a cause that meant everything to my him—and still means so much to my mum. That makes every step even more meaningful.
