I’m running the London Marathon 2026 to fight for lung health!

The 2026 London Marathon will mark 10 years since I initially took on the challenge on behalf of the British Lung Foundation in memory of a friends mum who passed away after her battle with COPD. Reflecting on my 2016 effort it feels poignant to take on the challenge 10 years on in an attempt to improve my fund raising figure as well as my actual marathon time! 

I have chosen Asthma + Lung UK as my charity of choice as I have had 2 Grandparents pass away after suffering with Lung Cancer in 2000 & 2010. I feel it is a charity that is personally close to me and am delighted to be undertaking the challenge to raise money for an amazing charity!
