I’m running Cardiff Half Marathon in the fight for breath!
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon 2025 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

This one’s for you dad ❤️
Friday 25th JulI’ll be running for Asthma and Lung UK, a leading charity in the UK that’s dedicated to improving respiratory health and fighting lung diseases, just like the one my dad battled with such strength and courage.
I actually entered this race before he passed, and I’ll never forget how proud and happy he was that I was supporting a cause so close to both our hearts. Even though he’s no longer here, I know he’ll be with me every step of the way, and I’m determined to make him proud.
In his final days, when his body grew weaker, his spirit remained strong. He had every reason to give up, but he didn’t. That strength and determination, that he showed is what will carry me through the training and across the finish line. Every step is for him.
I’ve set out to raise £350 for the charity and any donation weather that be £1 or more will be greatly appreciated. This run is for him, for everyone facing the fight he faced, and for a future where fewer families have to go through this kind of loss.
