We are holding a Big Christmas Singalong for lung health!
The Chordettes Acappella Chorus are holding a Big Christmas Singalong for Asthma + Lung UK to raise money and make a difference. Asthma + Lung UK is the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.
On 17th December come and join us at Abbotskerswell Village Hall for carols around the Christmas tree! We will be singing a range of traditional carols for you to join in, plus we will also entertain you with some of our four part harmony arrangements. Mince pies, mulled wine and hot drinks will also be available! Everyone welcome.
Why are we doing this?
1 in 5 people in the UK will experience a lung condition in their lifetime. If you have a lung condition, being active can help you manage your condition, improve your quality of life and help you feel better day to day.
Every pound we are able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs. Just £24 could support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research to ensure we attract and keep the best scientific minds to focus on lung disease. We would be very grateful for any donations you could make!
