Help me raise money for Asthma + Lung UK as I run my 1st Half Marathon
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Sunday 7th Dec On 26 November 2025, my Dad passed away. I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken. He was dealt the worst card health wise but lived life to the full.

Thursday 23rd Oct After receiving an email from Run4Wales to tell me I had been unsuccessful for next year's ballot, I was still determined to achieve my running goal and sign up to a half marathon. I would have ran for a charity regardless of how I got in.Thank you to my Sponsors
