I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Hi, Me and my best friend Maddie are running the great north run for Asthma + lung UK as it is a very important charity to us with fibrosis running in the family, and as many of you’s may know in November 2024 my mam took bad with life threatening Asthma, after 3 respiratory arrest and a long 13 days in intensive care she thankfully came out cracking jokes and as feisty as ever. This may not have been possible without Asthma + lung UK’s research on life threatening asthma, we cannot thank them enough! We wanted to help others going through similar things. Any donations big or small would mean the world. Thanks so much for the support!💕
