I’m running Cardiff Half Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK

1 in 5 people in the UK will get diagnosed with a lung condition in their lifetime. However lung health research is still critically underfunded. As air quality in the UK is only getting worse, more and more people will be affected by lung conditions. I wanted to run the Cardiff Half for Asthma + Lung UK and contribute to there funding for groundbreaking research, helping discover new treatments and live-saving cures.
