I’m running the London Marathon in the fight for breath

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs. 

Just £24 can support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research to ensure we attract and keep the best scientific minds to focus on lung disease.

London Marathon 2026

With the fantastic opportunity to run the London Marathon 2026, I couldn’t pass up the chance to do this without raising some money along the way. Asthma is something that my dad, brother, sister and nephew have lived with and for my nephew, there have been some very scary times with hospital visits. This is why I have chosen this charity to raise money for. Being able to breathe with ease is something many of us take for granted. Any amount of money will help with research and helping those with asthma and lung conditions.
