I’m running Cardiff Half Marathon in the fight for breath!

Hey there,

As a asthmatic person myself I would like to invite you to read this.

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon 2025 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs so they mighy also run.

Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Any support would be amazing in my fight for lung health! 

You can make this possible & I if we do I can run in Cardiff to complete another race of the superhalfs 🏃🏼‍♀️

Hey,
I am glad you made it to my donation page
I'm Laura 31 years old from Luxembourg and a passionnante runner and a beginner triathlete I am also an educator specialized in sports. 🏃🏼‍♀️❤️ I started running 21 years ago although my doctors said that I would be risky to start with athletics and that I would not be able to run long distances as I was a prématured baby and born with asthma.  I have always been a dedicated person so I believed in myself and proved them wrong. I've done from many races from 5k to 10k, 15k Half-marathons and marathons & I loved it. It wasn't always easy but I never gave up. I even will do my first half Ironman in Joly.
 As my Mum Always told my: you can and you will💪🏼
So I challenged myself and registred for Berlin Half-marathon to complete my first super Half-marathon and Cardiff will be the next One. I chose asthma UK as I strongely belief that everybody with a lung illness should be able to get help and be able to follow their Dreams 🫁♥️
I would be so lucky if you would donate so I can run in Cardiff for those who can't or can't YET.
