I'm running the Cardiff Half for family and everyone fighting to breathe
Every minute someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease - one person every 60 seconds struggling with something most of us don't think twice about: breathing.
For me, this cause is personal. My brother lives with asthma, and my grandmother is battling lung cancer. Seeing how something as simple as breathing can become a daily fight has inspired me to take action.
That's why I'm taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 for Asthma + Lung UK - the only UK charity dedicated to fighting for everyone's right to breathe easier.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference - even £22 could help fund Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists, giving someone the information and confidence they need to live well.
I'd love your support on this journey. Whether it's a donation, sharing my page, or cheering me on, it all helps - both to reach that finish line and move closer to a world where everyone can breathe freely.
