I’m running London Landmarks Half Marathon in the fight for breath!
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running London Landmarks for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.
Any support would be amazing in my fight for lung health!
I had the pleasure of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon last year wearing my Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity vest and whilst running I badly needed my asthma inhalers and I tried a couple of the St Johns Ambulance Stations without success until I suddenly spotted these guys cheering on their runners and I went and asked if they had any inhalers and one of the 'cheer squad' did and I promised I would run it this year for them ! Asthma + Lung UK on 12th April 2026 !
I have been an asthmatic since the age of 3 so this one is close to my heart and I'd love to be able to support them and raise vital funds ! I have added £50 so far and need to raise a further £300 to meet my target of £350 ! I have ordered a vest and will be posting pictures sporting it on my training runs once it arrives !
