I’m running the London and Paris Marathons in the fight for breath
This year, I’m running both the London and Paris Marathons. Alongside the personal challenge, I’m using these events to raise money for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity focused on protecting everyone’s right to breathe.
I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis in 2008, which is why I’ve chosen to support this cause. Funds raised will contribute to research, support services, and advocacy for people affected by lung conditions.
Every donation helps. For example, £24 can fund an hour of lung health research by an early-career researcher, supporting the development of future expertise in this area.
