Saturday 6th Dec I’m running the London marathon in support of Asthma+Lung UK because lung disease has had a deeply personal impact on my life. My dad suffered with COPD, and seeing the challenges he faced showed me just how vital it is to invest in better support, research, and care for those living with respiratory conditions. By taking on this challenge, I want to honour his experience and help raise awareness and funds so that others affected by asthma, COPD, and other lung diseases can receive the help they urgently need.
