Terms & Conditions

• By registering to run the London Marathon with Asthma + Lung UK with your Own Place, you are confirming you have gained your place via the London Marathon event organisers and were successful in the public ballot.
• By joining the team you're agreeing that we can contact you about the relevant event by email, phone, text and mail.
• You confirm to the best of your knowledge that your general state of health is good, that you have discussed any concerns around your health and this activity with your doctor, and that you take full responsibility for your fitness in taking part. You absolve Asthma + Lung UK from any injury, loss or damage caused through your participation in the event.
• You give us permission to use any photographs or video taken of you to raise awareness of and/ or money towards the charity’s work.
• All funds you raise through taking part in this event must be sent to Asthma + Lung UK to support their work.
