Terms & Conditions
By registering for a charity place with us you're agreeing that we can contact you about the relevant event by email, phone, text and mail.
You must be 18 years or older on race day to be able to take part.
The registration fee paid to secure a charity place is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by you and cannot be taken from your sponsorship.
By registering for a charity place, you are committing to raise the minimum fundraising target by 16 June 2027. This does not include any Gift Aid claimed against your sponsorship, nor does it include the event registration fee. You agree to raise 50% of the min sponsorship by 15 March 27 or to keep the Events Team regularly updated on your fundraising plans and progress. Failure to do so may result in your place not being confirmed with the event organisers.
You are personally responsible for completing the online event console required by the event organisers. If this is not completed by the deadline, your charity place will no longer be valid.
You confirm to the best of your knowledge that your general state of health is good, that you have discussed any concerns around your health and this activity with your doctor, and that you take full responsibility for your fitness in taking part.
You absolve Asthma + Lung UK from any injury, loss or damage caused through your participation in the event.
If you need to withdraw from the event, your charity place can only be deferred to a future event once. The registration fee will need to be paid again on deferral.
Your charity place is non-transferable and you cannot give your place to someone else.
You give Asthma + Lung UK permission to use any photographs or video taken of you during the event to raise awareness of and/or money towards the charity’s work.
All funds you raise through taking part in this event must be sent to Asthma + Lung UK to support their work. You cannot use your place to fundraise for another charity.
