Ready to take on your active challenge?

However you fundraise, whatever challenge you choose, you’re making a huge difference to those living with lung conditions. So join us today!

Just £24 could support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research.

It may not sound like much, but this first hour is vital – and could help ensure that Asthma + Lung UK continue to attract and retain the brightest scientific minds in the field of lung disease.

How do I get started?

  1. Choose your activity
  2. Register and you'll get access to all our fundraising resources and your own fundraising page to collect donations.
  3. Start fundraising – kick things off by making a donation yourself, it’s the best way to inspire other donations.
  4. Spread the word about your amazing event and share your fundraiser with your friends, family and on social media.

Laura's cycling challenge

"I’ve only had asthma since 2019, when I started having symptoms overnight. One day I was fine the next I was really struggling to breathe, and since then it’s just got worse year on year. My life changed overnight."

Laura has now started a new treatment and says "the bike ride will be that point where I can say I’m back!"
