I’m running the London Marathon 2025 to raise money for Asthma and Lung UK
As most people that know me are aware, I’ve had asthma since I was a young child which can impact daily life and especially exercise.
Until last year, I had never ran more than 5 minutes without stopping however I took up running in October and the more I ran the better my asthma felt!
I then saw the asthma and lung UK charity places for London Marathon, a charity that not only support people with asthma like myself, but people with COPD like my grandad who sadly passed away from respiratory issues after contracting COVID in 2021. It just felt like the right one to run for.
I have pledged to raise £2000 and ANY donation helps🫶🏻 thanks so much x
