I did the London Marathon in about 1989 and I still relive the amazing day. Try start closer to the front otherwise it takes a long time to cross the start line and breaks your rithym.... Enjoy every minute of the race Jen .... Wishing you all the best ... Marc

Good luck. I ran my first marathon (London) last year and it was an amazing experience. If you want to have a chat and want any hints or tips do let me know. I'll be cheering people on at the water station at mile 4 with my running club and probably near Canon Street later on too, so nearer the time you'll have to let me know your predicted timings / what you're wearing and I'll hopefully give you a cheer.
