I’m running the London Landmarks 2027 in memory of my hero, my mum💜

I’ve wanted to do something in memory of my mum who I sadly lost in January 2025 and this event seemed fitting in every sense. This event takes place on her birthday & for a charity that we hold close to our hearts; my mum suffered with asthma for over 20+ years needing a syringe driver 24 hours a day to help with her breathing. Sadly in November 2024 she had a fight on her hands with contracting influenza & pneumonia which left scarring on her lungs. Along side that she was suffering with kidney failure which took it out of her and had a major impact on her breathing from water retention which ultimately took her from us. 

She was and always will be the bravest woman I’ve ever come across, she fought courageously and I’ll forever be in awe of the person she was. She was simply the best. 

9990 days from start to finish, from the day I took my first breath to the day she took her last.

I'm running the London Landmarks 2027 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £24 can support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research to ensure we attract and keep the best scientific minds to focus on lung disease.
