Asthma has always been part of our lives, but lately it has hit even closer to home. 💔

For years I’ve watched family members struggle with this disease — the sudden attacks, the fear of not being able to breathe, the hospital visits, and the constant worry that the next flare-up could be worse than the last. Now, my husband is facing the same battle, and seeing someone you love struggle for every breath is something no family should have to experience.

Asthma isn’t “just a breathing problem.” It’s a daily fight. It’s sleepless nights, cancelled plans, inhalers always within reach, and the anxiety that never really goes away. When an attack happens, the world seems to stop while you wait and hope that the medication works quickly enough.

Watching this disease affect the people I love has made one thing painfully clear: we need better treatments, and one day, we need a cure.

That’s why I’m raising money for asthma research. Every donation, no matter how small, helps scientists work towards better treatments and hopefully a future where families like mine don’t have to live in fear of the next attack.
