I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in the fight for breath!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

Wow, id never thought id get to where I am now. Having started back in February hardly being able to run for a couple of mins before getting out of breathe, I'd laugh at the possibility of ever being able to run long distance, but here I am. Putting my all into achieving this as well as being able to raise money for a great cause along the way, one which is personal to me for different reasons. Now to try and kick 20k and then the ultimate 22k pray for me lol! Thank you to those who have sponsored me so far x

Wow, even though I've been working on my fitness for the last 5 months, I am nowhere near fitness when it comes to running. Hopefully with each week I will pick up my running times! It's not going to be easy but I'm determined to get over that finish line
