I’m running the London Marathon in the fight against respiratory diseases
This year, I’m running the London Marathon to raise funds for Asthma and Lung UK, a charity dedicated to providing direct support to people living with respiratory illnesses like asthma, COPD, and other lung conditions. They also invest in research to improve treatments and find new ways to prevent and manage these conditions.
In September 2024, I lost my beloved grandma to COPD, a condition that significantly reduces quality of life, restricting her ability to travel and carry out normal everyday tasks. Witnessing her struggle highlighted just how important it is for people to have access to the right support and resources. No one should have to face such a battle without the proper care, and this is why I’m running to raise funds for a cause that means so much to me.
