I’m walking to make a difference and in memory of my Grandad.

On the 13^th December 2019, I lost my beloved Grandad, a truly remarkable gentleman to Emphysema, Pulmonary Fibrosis and Lung Cancer. Witnessing his journey from a vibrant, spirited presence in our lives to someone struggling for each breath was deeply affecting for my family and me. His experience opened my eyes to the daily challenges faced by so many living with lung conditions.

That's why, on the 23rd August 2026, me and Ted (my grandad's favorite teddy, who accompanied him to all his hospital appointments), along with some friends and family, will be climbing Mount Snowdon in support of Asthma + Lung UK. 

My goal is to raise vital funds that will support ground breaking research, provide advice and resources, and ensure that no family has to face these battles alone.

Every step I take is dedicated to creating a future where everyone has the right to breathe freely. I hope you’ll join me in making a difference together, we can help bring hope and support to those who need it the most.
