From Oxygen to 13.1 Miles
As a child I had asthma so severe that I spent time on oxygen and nebulisers.
I couldn’t play sports, struggled to keep up with other kids and often felt limited by my breathing.
Running was never something I imagined I’d be able to do let alone a half marathon.
I’m running the Great North Run to support Asthma + Lung UK a charity that helps people living with lung conditions and funds vital research so others don’t have to grow up feeling as restricted as I did.
Every donation supports people who are still fighting for breath and helps ensure children today have better treatment, support and futures.
Thank you for supporting something that’s deeply personal to me.

You got this baby! I believe in you
