I’m running the London Marathon in the fight for breath
I’m running for Mum and thousands more like her who can’t. Mum loved being active and the great outdoors was her happy place . She sadly passed in March and I wanted to try and make a very small difference to all those cruelly affected by this condition . Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!
My Updates

Training on Target
Thursday 10th Apr Time to taper apparently. Salcey Forest trail run 30k at weekend went well . I’ve rediscovered my old routes and trails that I had assigned to ancient history . Can’t say I’ve enjoyed revisiting them but here we are just a few weeks away from London and glad that I have got this far Share
Training Underway
Sunday 3rd Nov Decided to get off the bike for a couple of days in the week and go for a run instead . Just completed my first Park Run in over a year and pleased with my result . Now time to knuckle down over these winter months and start to steadily increase the distance ShareThank you to my Sponsors
