I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in the fight for breath!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

Week 2 400m repeats

I did this run with Perry and Pernell! Was so lovely to run with them. I don’t usually enjoy running with people as I tend to speed up but it was nice to take the easy parts EASY!

I love it when people share what kit they’re wearing so wanted to share my own!! today’s outfit was: Shorts - lululemon pace rival shorts 3” in the colour midnight plum (Not my favourite to run in. Dont love the drawstring ties and not the most flattering short I own imo, but very lightweight and does the job) Bra: lululemon ultralu square neck high support bra. Love this really flattering neckline. High support and secure doesn’t show sweat! My favourite bra! Headphones: shokz bone conductors. Love!! You can listen to music whilst being able to hear around you. Shoes are Brooks Glycerin Gates 21. A nice stability shoes would like a better fit though! Stay tuned as I’ll be updating this week by week

2nd half marathon

Hi lovely people this is my 2nd half marathon and this time I’m running it for Asthma and Lung UK! 
As a performer and active woman living with a lung condition like asthma can sometimes feel quite limiting. BUT we do it anyway because I won’t let asthma decide how I move my body! 
I might just be a little slower than the average person!
