I’m doing the Summer Steps Challenge!
I'm doing the Summer Steps for better breathing challenge for Asthma + Lung UK to raise money and make a difference. Asthma + Lung UK is the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.
1 in 5 people in the UK will experience a lung condition in their lifetime. If you have a lung condition, being active can help you manage your condition, improve your quality of life and help you feel better day to day.
Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs. Just £14 can fund an hour of lifesaving research. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

Monday 7th Jul I've just signed up for the Summer Steps Challenge for Asthma & Lung UK, having a lung condition is rubbish, I'm in the thick of another exacerbation of my asthma, more antibiotics and steroids, can't get my breath and barking like a dog! The Summer and Winter months are increasingly getting worse for me, a chest infection is almost guaranteed during each season. But, my condition is nothing like my dad's, he has COPD and seeing him struggle to breath, coughing is just awful. I want to try and raise awareness of why lung health is so important and it's not just a case of tooting on your blue inhaler and that's it, you will be fine. It is a constant battle to try and get over, and it does get you down, especially when you are a sponge to viruses and germs, and you are that person that is "always ill"...! Oooh if only you could get new lungs on Amazon, that would be amazing 😍.Thank you to my Sponsors
