I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!
I was diagnosed with Asthma at the age of 7, and as an active child this was really difficult. I have been through a long journey, trying many different treatment options, struggling in the colder months and having to limit myself when I start to feel breathless. With the help I've had, I am able to do what I love to do, staying fit and active, whilst also breathing easier.
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.
