London Landmarks Half Marathon

Terms & Conditions

By registering for this event you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• By registering for a charity place with us, we may contact you about the relevant event via email, mail, phone and/or text.
• The registration fee paid to secure a charity place is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by you and cannot be taken from your sponsorship.
• You must be 18 years or older on race day to be able to take part.
• By registering for a charity place you are committing to raise £400 by 2 months after the event date. This does not include any Gift Aid claimed against your sponsorship, nor does it include the event registration fee.
• You are personally responsible for completing the online event console required by the event organisers. If this is not completed by the deadline, your charity place will no longer be valid.

• You confirm to the best of your knowledge that your general state of health is good, that you have discussed any concerns around your health and this activity with your doctor, and that you take full responsibility for your fitness in taking part.

  You absolve Asthma + Lung UK from any injury, loss or damage caused through your participation in the event.

• You commit to having raised £100 by January 2027, if you have not raised this amount or kept in regular contact with the events team at Asthma + Lung UK about your fundraising progress, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of a place.
• If you need to withdraw from the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027 event, we cannot guarantee you will be able to defer your place to the following year.
• In the event that we are able to offer you a deferred place and you accept, the registration fee will need to be paid again to secure your place for 2028.
• Your charity place is non-transferable and you cannot give your place to someone else.
• You give us permission to use any photographs or video taken of you to raise awareness of and/ or money towards the charity’s work.
• All funds you raise through taking part in this event must be sent to Asthma + Lung UK to support their work. You cannot use your place to fundraise for another charity.
