In Memory of Norman Benn
Hello, my name is Ian Robertson and I'm running the Great North Run this year in memory of Norman Benn. I feel that this is my way of supporting my brother in law, sister in law, nephew and the Benn family to a man who loved his family, especially Arlie. Any donation big or small would be very much appreciated not just for myself, but to the Benn family and to anyone that has been affected by this. One Month to Go
Friday 14th Aug One Month until the big day. Training is going well, done a couple of local Parkrun over last two weekends and managed a sub 19 minutes for 5k both times. No where near my PB but happy with it regardless. If I can keep in mind that if I can manage an average 20 minutes for each 5k during the race, I should be ok. Sunday 2nd Aug Sorry for not many updates, been busy with training and other things. But rest assured I'm training hard and it's going well with 6 weeks to go. Feeling good and better than ever! :-) Bring it on! Share
