Running for Mum: Every Breath Counts
My wonderful mum was a woman absolutely full of life. Even on her hardest days, she faced her health battles with incredible bravery, always keeping a warm smile on her face. We miss her so much every single day. I know she would be incredibly proud to see me lacing up my trainers to raise money for people living with lung conditions once again.
In her loving memory, I am running the London Marathon for Asthma + Lung UK. Mum suffered deeply with both asthma and COPD, so our family knows firsthand the daily impact these conditions have on a person and their loved ones. The reality is that almost all of us know someone who struggles to breathe freely.
Asthma + Lung UK is a lifeline for so many. They fund the vital research needed to find better treatments, while providing hands-on advice and support to those who need it most.
