I’m running the London Marathon 2027 to fight for lung health!
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition.
I am running this marathon in memory of my grandad, who recently passed away following more than 10 years of fighting a lung condition, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Following his diagnosis, he fought every day as simple things, like walking, became increasingly challenging. Whilst this was tough to see, his perseverance throughout those years demonstrated his incredible strength of character and determination. He inspired me, and all those around him, with the way he faced his challenges.
Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Any support would be amazing, both in memory of my grandad and in my fight for better lung health. I couldn’t think of a more fitting charity to support.
