I’m running the London Marathon 2027 to fight for lung health!
This run is dedicated to my Grandma Rose Alfred, who sadly passed away on the morning of the 27th of April. Last year I also ran the marathon, I came home and celebrated with my family, we ordered food and seeing my grandma so proud holding my medal was something I will never forget. When I came through the door cause I was hobbling, my grandma had asked me if I had fallen over and even proceeded to give me her walker. Unfortunately the next morning she suddenly passed. I wasn’t planning on running again, but seeing my grandma so proud of me I knew I had to .My Grandma suffered with asthma her whole life, seeing her run out of breath even by walking a couple feet was truly heartbreaking. That’s why I am running for the Asthma+ Lung UK team, to raise more awareness and to help fund more research. This is for you Grandma Rose❤️
