I’m running the London Marathon 2027 to fight for lung health in memory of my Dad
My amazing Dad, Dil, sadly passed away early April 2026 after suffering with COPD for 10 years. Watching him fight the life crippling disease after many years was extremely hard, especially in his last couple of years here with us. Sadly my Dad was not able to get his disease cured, however, raising money for Asthma + Lung UK will hopefully help future sufferers to be with their family for a longer and more enjoyable life.
I am starting this journey with the ability to move about 1km before being done, so over 42km will certainly be a big challenge for me. So, if you want to see a fat guy push his body to the absolute limit in memory of his Dad then please donate - every penny helps find cures to these conditions and fight for better lung health.

Getting the KM in
Saturday 20th Jun Starting from nothing, getting the metres in was always going to be hard. I am now consistently moving each week and very nearly able to now do a 5KM - something I am very proud of. That’ll look easy next April! 🙂 Share
Half way there!
Wednesday 27th May Wow, I am now over half way towards my donation target. My training started today… getting from zero to 42km will be a marathon effort in itself. Each km will be worth it. 🙂Thank you to my Sponsors
