I’m running the London Marathon 2027 to fight for lung health!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2027 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £24 can support a researcher at the start of their career to carry out an hour of lung health research to ensure we attract and keep the best scientific minds to focus on lung disease.

Story
Running for Amy: Every Breath, Every Mile 💜

On April 25th, 2027, I will be taking on the TCS London Marathon, running 26.2 miles in memory of my beautiful niece, Amy.

Tragically, in 2022, Amy died due to a severe asthma attack at the young age of 22. Amy was a loving fiancé to Keegan and a devoted mum to her two young children, Bailey and Orla. She was a huge character and a massive part of all our family we will never be the same without her. She was loving, kind and funny taken far too soon, leaving a hole that can never be filled.

I am running for Asthma + Lung UK to turn our sadness into hope. Asthma is not just "just asthma"—it is a serious, life-threatening condition.

I am running to stop this from happening to another family, and to ensure that people with lung conditions can breathe easier.

Every step I take, I will be thinking of Amy. I’m doing this for her, for Keegan, for Bailey and Orla, and for everyone fighting to breathe. Please support my journey and help fund vital research by donating to my JustGiving page.Thank you for your support—let's make every breath count

I'm running for my beautiful niece Amy who sadly died in  2022 aged 22 to a severe asthma attack. Amy was fiancee to Keegan and has 2 gorgeous children Bailey and Orla. She was also daughter and sister. Amy was a fun, happy and energetic young lady who had her life ahead of her but sadly after suffering asthma all her life it sadly took her from us.  I am raising money for asthma and lung uk so that no one has to go through what we have been through.  It's heartbreaking to see the sadness that is left .  Please help me raise money for this very worthwhile charity.  They are trying to help people with asthma and lung conditions BREATHE MORE EASY.  Thank you so much.
