My Reason

Friday 19th Jun Ive decided again to run for asthma and lung uk because we ALL deserve to breathe easy. After losing my dad to COPD in 2020, and seeing his deteriation from the lung disease I knew then just how much needed to be done to help those with such illnesses. To then my mum passing away from pneumonia in 2024, again so quickly. Seeing her lay there on life support and her organs just failing through not being able to control the lung infection... we need more money into this charity to help the medical research! Ive sat and watched loved ones have asthma attacks. Struggle in the cold and needing emergency packs to open their airways just to breathe... its horrible. You ever had a panic attack and felt like your chest was too tight to breathe? Or been winded? Its bloody horrible... imagine that but for no reason. You're out with your mates laughing too hard that you need your inhaler because of your asthma. Im doing this for you all. Xxx Share
