I’m running the London Marathon 2027 to fight for lung health!

A little over 6 years ago we lost a great woman from our lives. My mother in law and Lisa's mum Carole.

 Spending the last few years living together before she passed we had laughter, tears and many arguments. We had great holidays and memories made between the 3 of us.

 Some will not be aware but Carole struggled with her breathing due to being diagnosed with COPD. This didn't stop her working and being with her family and grandchildren and travelling to various places in Europe. 

Losing Carole to this horrible condition will stay with me for the rest of my life and the best I can do in her memory is to help make the difference to others and pay tribute to her with this massive challenge.

COPD affects about 1.2-1.4 million people within the UK. It is the second most common lung disease causing 30,000+ deaths every year.
