I’m running The London Marathon 🏃‍♀️ (yes, really — me, the girl who just run the GNR!)

This is so close to my heart, having a lung condition since a young age is something I’ve lived with for over 35 years. I have daily struggles, I need medication every day to just breathe. So I decided a few months ago after getting a place for the GNR I wanted to push myself one more time.

Every minute in the UK, someone is diagnosed with a lung condition. That’s why I’m taking on this challenge for Asthma + Lung UK — the only UK charity fighting for everyone’s right to breathe.

Just £24 can fund an hour of vital lung health research, helping support new scientists and bring us closer to a future where everyone has healthy lungs.

I’m running the London Marathon 2027!!

This will be my biggest ever personal challenge,physical challange, mental challenge. You name it!!!! 

So next week I run my first ever half Marathon The Great North Run, I’m sure I will chat to everyone I meet about how important this is to me along with every other asthma sufferer.

I honestly cannot thank everyone enough from the bottom of my big pink sparkly heart, for all the support over the years. For visiting me in hospital, for checking in and making me smile when I was exhausted beyond belief. To now me running two wonderful events (mind blowing I know).

I shall keep ya’ll updated on my progress 🩷
